The console release of New World: Aeternum and the revamp of Cutless Keys were amazing projects Amazon Games had Lost Boys Interactive work on. It has been a great industry experience to continue working on a Triple-A title with everyone.
This was such a unique bridge to work on. The blockout was rather interesting as we wanted the players to have options when falling below and keeping pvp in mind I added multiple ways to ascend and descend while keeping it spacious for groups of players. After the blockout I started the first pass with the rock kits, pirate kits, and the new kit being created for cutlass. The second pass was for player pathing and any areas where we could add setdressing. The rocks got the most tweaking and placement since the bridge had to be something the leviathan grabbed once. The rest was pirate and ancient to make it easier to traverse. Below are the artists I collaborated with on this poi.
