Still keeping the Zombie theme from Nerf for this next environment. We knew we wanted to do something with water and keep the same length between the player and the background. Around this time I had also modeled and textured the Mega Dart machine gun from Nerf so the green environment was a great direction to make the new weapon pop. I was tasked with blocking out the scene and creating rows for targets to follow or shoot-out at the player. I mocked up lighting and blocked out assets for zombies and targets to hide in. Each asset I modeled in Maya and textured in substance painter. Once a good amount was checked in I refined lighting and adjusted post-processing for a very vivid high contrast look. From there I transitioned into weapons and finished any remaining assets.
