For this particular prop I wanted to create the spec/gloss effect within the material without using the roughness maps I had created.

Unity Materials

I uploaded some of my previous props to Unity and applied the same textures using a handy tool called Shaderforge. With a few minor tweaks, I can say I'm happy with the quality and lost no time in my workflow applying the same maps and more for a near identical look.
